Hazmat Plus has been at the forefront of the SEQ flood recovery works since the unprecedented wet weather events of late February, conducting initial asbestos (and hazardous materials) building surveys to identify these hazards prior to the strip out and remediation/restoration of these flood-affected properties. We also provide final Post Remediation Validation (PRV) of properties, including asbestos clearances, mould and Category 3 water clean-up validation.
